Living Potential Care Farming began with a simple belief: nature and farming have the power to heal, empower, and transform lives. What started as a small community project has grown into a dedicated care farm supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and social care needs. We combine real farm work with person-centred care to help people grow — in skills, confidence, and independence.
